Role of HR Recruiter:
1. Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen client.
2. Defining the hiring process and various sources used (newspapers ad, employee referral, social media platforms, rehiring interested ex employees, Campus drives, job fairs)
3. Undertake duties associated with the sourcing, screening (resumes and telephonic round)
4. HR interview and selection of staff for further rounds
5. Maintaining the resumes and trackers
6. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Desired Candidate Profile:-
> Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
> Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
> Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
> Sound knowledge of HR functions and duties
> Immediate joiner or Max 7 days
